West Champaran. A very unique news has come from Majhauliya block of West Champaran district. Where after Bhabhi was bitten by a snake, the brother-in-law captured the snake in a box and then took it to the hospital for Bhabhi’s treatment. Seeing the snake locked in the box, everyone around got scared at first. But when the person told the whole story, then people breathed a sigh of relief.

A young man reached the hospital after capturing a snake in a box
Let us tell you that the young man is Pintu Kumar, brother of Dev Sharan Prasad, resident of Dhokraha village of Majhauliya police station area and the victim woman is Dev Sharan’s 38-year-old wife Kishori Devi. According to Pintu, his sister-in-law Kishori Devi was sleeping in her house when a snake bit her.

After this, the people present at home caught the snake and put it in a plastic box and took the victim to the community health center Majhauliya. The shocking thing is that during this time they also brought the snake in the box with them to the hospital. Where the doctors on duty identified the snake and referred it to Bettiah GMCH for better treatment.

The snake locked in the box was identified as a spectacled cobra
Swapnil Khatal, an expert working on wildlife for the last 22 years, said that the snake seen in the video is a spectacled cobra. This snake is full of neurotoxin poison. Neurotoxin poison spreads very fast compared to hemotoxin. In India, it is known as Big Four. That is, it is one of the four most poisonous snakes of India, whose bites cause the most deaths. This list of Big Four also includes Krait, Russell Viper and Saw Scale Viper.

Swapnil says that most of the people affected by snake bite do not know which snake has bitten them and whether the snake is non-poisonous or poisonous. In such a situation, after being bitten, people catch them and take them to the doctor, so that the snake can be identified and its poison can be treated. However, it is worth noting that doing so is a crime under the forest law.
